1.Download Cyanogenmod and Gapps File
2.Copy/paste both in Sd card
3.Power Off your galaxy mini and go to recovery mode by holding: Power button + Home button
4.Select Wipe Data and click yes delete ...
5.Now Select ''install zip from sd card''
6.Select ''Choose zip from SD card'' and select ''cm-9-20121110-UNOFFICIAL-tass.zip''
7.Now wait to finish
8.And go once again to recovery mode and select ''install zip from sd card'', select ''Choze zip from SD card'' and select ''gapps-ics-20120429-signed''
9.Now finally you have installed ice cream sandwich on your galaxy mini.

Warning :
Before you start be sure that you have installed the clockwordmod recovery because without it don't work.
